Karen’s relationship with Jesus is as natural as breathing.  She is an ordinary person who has discovered her “Daddy’s” extra-ordinary secret – He loves ME.  Simple, but revolutionary!

 

Michele Forgione is the wife of Mario and mother of 5 children- 3 girls 19, 10 and 8, and two boys 14 & 16. She has a business background in marketing and human resources; however 16 years ago she chose to embark fulltime on the wonderful career of raising her family and giving back to the community. She currently sits on the board of KidsFest Canada, a national organization committed to breaking the cycle of child poverty in Canada and most recently has also turned her sites internationally by helping orphans in the Philippines. Michele and her husband are true heroes to thousands of children both here in Canada and abroad as together they have used their influence to make a difference.    
 
Michele became a Christian about 12 years ago and has been growing more and more in love with Jesus ever since. She is often quoted as saying, “I am an incurable addict. I’m addicted to the words of Jesus and to knowing my savior more intimately each and every day.” She is a prayer warrior, teacher and a mentor to women of all ages. Her sincere hope and prayer is that Almighty God will empower women to be a catalyst of transformation within their sphere of influence. The “inner view” is simply an extension of Michele’s living room as over the years her husband has affectionately dubbed her, "the woman talker".

 

Carolyn Cowan shares her home with her husband, their two daughters, ages 11 and 14 and a guinea pig named Chester.   Their most cherished family memories were having an opportunity to live in Halifax, Nova Scotia and discover the beauty of the East Coast.  They have also lived in Ottawa where both daughters were born and now make their home in southern Ontario.   

Carolyn gave her heart to the Lord when she was 21.  She desires to see women of all ages set free from bondages of fear and intimidation and released to fulfill the destiny God has for their lives.  You will find Carolyn to be sincere, genuine and a passionate woman of faith.  Carolyn has witnessed God’s power in a sisterhood of women that meet together for prayer, encouragement and accountability.

 

Carolyn has a background in Television Broadcasting and office administration and has been raising her daughters full time for the past 12 years.   Her ministry involves leading an intercessory prayer team as well as being heard on Joy 1250’s The Inner View.  Carolyn is excited to be on this program that speaks to women about real issues with hope and encouragement from a Christian perspective.

 

New to the world of radio, twenty-something Kate is delighted to be a part of the Inner View. She has a strong passion to see young women fulfill their destiny in Christ. Through mentoring and discipleship Kate believes that her generation can greatly impact the world for Jesus.

 

Since becoming a Christian in her early teens Kate has seen God bring some amazing women into her life that have shared God's heart with her and greatly influenced and supported her Christian journey.  As these mentors - 2 in particular - have poured into Kate's life and helped her fall more in love with Jesus, she hope to share all the wisdom, truth, and encouragement that has been so preciously given to her by them.  As an emerging leader in her community Kate represents the young female demographic and brings a fresh perspective to Inner View.

 

Kate's passionate about anything horses and has been since a young age.  She competed on the 'A' circuit, taught riding lessons, managed a camp summer riding program, and currently helps facilitate a summertime horse program for underprivileged children in the GTA.  It's her dream to have her own farm one day, and God continues to unveil his plan for how Kate can serve him in this area of her life.
