We have just received a report from West Flamborough: Over the past 5 years, three smaller churches have partnered together to sponsor a prayer booth at a local fair. This year 10 faithful and courageous believers, took steps of faith to move out of their comfort zones to make themselves available on the weekend to pray with people in the community. All the results bring glory to God; they experienced many people coming up to the booth, opening up, which led to prayer. They even had small children asking them to pray for their aunts, uncles, and parents. Even the vendor who was beside them kept asking questions about God and at the end of the day was given a Bible to read! Praise God that seeds were sown over the weekend! Please continue to pray that West Flamborough will see a great harvest of souls come into the Kingdom of God! People are hungry for truth and life; let's take the step of faith to reach out to someone today who may not know the Lord as we do. "For the Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of love, power and sound mind." (1 Timothy 1:7) |
